An existing hotel of 24 keys at airport road, Ahmedabad needed an extension of 32,500 sq. ft. along with a face lift. Being a running property the client couldn’t close down the existing hotel hence the plan was to make the building in phases. The existing wing along with the two new wings is connected with cafe, garden and swimming pool on the ground floor. The first floor has two banquets in the new wings and service area in the existing wing. The rest of the floors house 24 rooms on each floor. After the addition of two new wings to the property the old and the new building were to be connected with a secondary layer of fabric screen
